Jarmo's Interests
Hello, and thanks for visiting. What should I say, who am I? My name is Jarmo Halonen, I was born in Finland but last 20 years I have lived in Sweden. Age: Born in the gold sixties so I am soon 60. OMG! :)

Every day I get questions about why only MLM. Well, why not? The main reason is that MLM is simple enough that even I can do it.
Rather, it's not just a job, over the years it's been a new way of living.
Another thing is that I almost hate selling. I'm kind of tired of everyone selling something but are they necessary?

Hardly.

I want to use products and services. Why wouldn't I choose high-quality products and services that can't be found on the shelves of every store?

When I don't work, it is almost impossible, because work is with me where ever I am but anyway I try to spend time in nature, as much as possible—the best method to relax and load your battery. No cell phone no Internet only nature around you, that's life.

My Keys To Be A Leader

Have you started building a network marketing company? It's important that you make it right and you are the right leader. Most people are not trained to manage people. The leader does not know everything, but what he knows, he teaches each other.
It should be remembered that network marketing is a different kind of hierarchy than traditional business. Network marketing is teaching, and a good leader explains everything to the group he has already learned.
As your team grows, you'll notice that your group has questions and they trust you 100%. Are you a leader or are you? Here are six things you need to master if you want to become a successful leader.

    1- Trust
As a team leader, you must be a builder of trust. Each team member must be able to trust you. You have to ensure that no member of your team is feeling alone.

    2- Consistency
You have to discuss the goals of your group so that you can help them in them. What are you saying, what are you doing? Consistency between your message and your relationship will significantly affect your team's performance. The less your team counts on you, the less your lessons are listened to.

    3- Competence
An incompetent leader cannot survive because he cannot duplicate incompetence. Knowing their resources and skills, the leader creates the best conditions for their group.
What you do not know as a leader you must learn and train yourself.

    4- Cooperation
Your leaders are successful, and your team is growing. That creates a situation in which respect for the bottom line becomes even more critical. Never leave your group's latest with no attention but do not be intrusive either. Give it a helping hand.

    5- Competition
Make sure your team is part of the various levels of the bonus system. Diamond Level, Group Leader, Leadership, Presidential Level. There may be other levels, so go with all of this with your group. Let your team know all the information you need to succeed. Try to encourage your group by presenting a newcomer to the next group meeting. That will help your team's competitive spirit.

    6- Participation
That is the key to your team's success. If all your team members are involved in the given training, your team is ready to grow, which will lead to victory. Every member has to be involved in training because the practice is the key to success that everyone has come to seek.
