I spend hours on the computer and have most of my life going back to 1979. They did not have a screen on the first computer I operated just a big typewriter giving you printed instructions.
When I discovered that you could actually be paid to surf traffic exchanges I was thrilled. I teat my surfing like I did when I was working. You can spend 12 hours a day very easily when you are in the middle of a project.
So my TE tip for today is to use the 50/20 rule and surf for 50 minutes and then take a 20 minute break.
This is more of a guideline than a rule and if you measure yourself over a time period you will see you earned just as many and usually more credits than when you surf for hours.
I thought this was crazy and when I tried it on a very intense project I did everything I could to make the numbers lie but I got more done and that convinced me.
