    About Me

    I was an elementary school teacher 1974-1992 and besides it a gym coach in three different cities here in Finland.

    After a Multiple Myeloma (bone marrow cancer) diagnosis in the year 1999 I have been retired. It means, that I use my time for interests.

    I think, that the most important thing in a human's life is health. I am a blogger, who writes about all, that applies to wellness: physical and mental health, fitness, nutrition, beauty care, and aging. These are the links:
