I've been in Internet Marketing for nearly ten years, before that I worked in sales. Years ago it was all push & hard sell, very hard work & it usually put people off..
Have you been in a shop & the Sales Assistant won't let you browse but keeps asking you if you want to buy something?
Meeting people & getting to know them is more important. They might just be coming in for a chat but they will recommend their friends who are interested because you are friendly but if they don't it doesn't matter because you are not desperate for a sale :0)
Please don't contact me in messages with a link to whatever you are promoting without getting to know me first.. That's not just rude, it's Spam & unwelcome.
I surf in all my favorite Traffic Exchanges, and have made some really great friends over the years.
I don't just promote my blog page.. :0)
