    This Is A Recipe I created on Food Game Site.

    ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ Naan

    Naan is a soft and fluffy Indian-style flatbread traditionally made in a Tandoor, or Cylindrical Clay oven. The dough gets slapped against the walls of the tandoor, where it adheres and bakes quickly over a burning fire. Fortunately, it is possible to make it at home and replicate the high heat and charred flavor of a clay oven by using a grill.

    Ready in: 30 minutes
    Servings: 5

    Ingredients

    250 Grams all-purpose Flour, plus more for rolling
    2 tsp. Sugar
    ยฝ tsp. Salt
    ยฝ tsp. Baking Powder
    120 ml. Milk
    2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
    2 Tablespoons melted Salted Butter, for brushing on finished Naans
    2 Cloves chopped Garlic (optional), for serving

    1. For the dough, sift the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder into a bowl.

    2. In another bowl, mix together the milk and oil.

    3. Make a well in the centre of the flour mixture and pour in the liquid mixture. Slowly mix together the dough by working from the center and incorporating the flour from the edges of the 'well', to make a smooth, soft dough.

    4. Knead well for 8โ€“10 minutes, adding a little flour if the dough is too sticky.

    5. Place the dough into an oiled bowl, cover with a damp tea-towel and leave in a warm place for 10โ€“15 minutes. Form the dough into five balls.

    6. Preheat the grill to medium and place a heavy baking sheet on the upper shelf of the grill to heat.

    7. Roll the dough balls out quite thinly, ideally in a teardrop shape. Sprinkle over the chopped garlic if you want to use it, and press into the surface of the dough. Place the naans onto the hot baking sheet and grill for 1โ€“2 minutes, or until lightly browned.

    8. Brush with butter and serve hot.
