    ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Hamburger:

    Hamburgers are loved all over the world. Here is a classic American recipe, to be cooked on the grill.

    Ready in: 30 mins:

    Servings: 4:

    Ingredients:

    500 Grams Ground Beef
    2 tbsp.Finely chopped Onion
    4 tbsp. Soft White Breadcrumbs
    2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp. Mustard
    1 tbsp. Water
    1 tbsp. Milk
    ยฝ tsp. Salt
    ยฝ tsp. Onion Powder
    A big pinch of Pepper
    4 Hamburger Buns

    Toppings:

    American, Cheddar or Swiss Cheese Slices
    Lettuce Leaves
    Sliced Tomato
    Sliced Onion
    Cooked Bacon Strips
    Ketchup
    Mustard
    Pickles
    Mayonnaise

    1. Prepare and heat the grill, making sure that the coals are covered with gray ash before you begin cooking the meat.

    2. Combine the bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, water, and milk in a large bowl and let stand for 5 minutes.

    3. Add the salt, onion powder, and pepper and mix.

    4. Then add the ground beef and mix gently with your hands until everything is just incorporated.

    5. Shape the meat mixture into four patties.

    6. Cook 10-15 cm from the coals for 10 to 15 minutes until the hamburgers are no longer pink in the center, and they reach an internal temperature of at 70ยฐC or 160ยฐF.

    7. Toast the hamburger bun halves on the grill just before serving.

    8. Serve with all or any toppings you like.
