🇪🇸 Sangria:
The earliest versions of sangria are believed to have originated more than 2000 years ago when Romans, making their way through the Iberian Peninsula, planted vineyards along the way. And because drinking water was unsafe, it was often fortified with wine, spices, and herbs.

Servings: 6:
Ingredients:
1 Lemon
1 Lime
1 Orange
300 ml Rum
100 Grams Sugar
1 Bottle (750 ml) Dry Red Wine
250 ml Orange Juice
1. Have the fruit, rum, wine, and orange juice well chilled.
2. Slice the lemon, lime and orange into thin rounds and place in a large glass pitcher.
3. Pour in the rum and sugar.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours to develop the flavors.
5. When ready to serve, crush the fruit lightly with a wooden spoon and stir in the wine and orange juice. Adjust sweetness to taste.
