  • Hello Everyone,

Here is another recipe for you. A Japanese recipe. 😍

    🇯🇵 Tamago Sando:

This Japanese egg sandwich is a timeless snack you can find in every convenience store in Japan. The filling is creamy and bursting with a rich egg yolk flavor and the bread is soft and pillowy. Some claim it's the best egg sandwich they ever tasted.

    Ready in: 30 Minutes:

    Servings: 2:

    Ingredients:

    3 Large Eggs
4 Slices Shokupan (Japanese Pullman Loaf Bread)
    Salted Butter
    ¼ tsp. Sugar
    ¼ tsp. Salt
    Freshly Ground Black Pepper
    2 tsp. Milk
    2 tbsp. Mayonnaise

    1. Put the eggs in a medium saucepan and pour water till it covers the eggs. Bring it to boil on medium heat and once boiling, cook for 12 minutes.

    2. Transfer the eggs to ice water to stop cooking. Let them cool completely and peel the eggs.

    3. Transfer the peeled eggs to a bowl and mash with a fork.

    4. Add sugar, salt, freshly ground black pepper and milk. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.

    5. Add the mayonnaise and mix very well.

    6. Spread the butter on the bread and evenly distribute the egg salad on one side of the bread.

    7. Put the other slice of bread on top and place the sandwich between two plates for a little pressure. Set aside for 5 minutes.

    8. Cut all sides of crusts off the bread, then cut the sandwich in half.

Hope you Enjoy this recipe 😍💐
    All the best of luck,
    LuckyEthel (Caroline) 😍💐🇬🇧
