Ingredients
Spaghetti – 120gr
Salmon - 1 Loin (Preferably with skin)
Onion - 1 Large
Garlic - 1 clove
Carrot - 1
Olive Oil - One Thread
Sweet Pepper - A Pinch
Pepper - A Pinch
Salt - A Pinch
Instructions
Start by coarsely chopping the onion, followed by finely chopping the carrots and garlic, adding it to a frying pan over medium heat with a drizzle of oil, and frying until the onion is translucent.
When the stew starts, prepare a pan with plenty of hot water and a pinch of salt, when the water is boiling add the spaghetti and let it cook for 10 minutes (or whatever the package recommends) until it is to your liking, drain.
When the onion is almost tender, push the stew a little to the side of the pan, season the salmon with sweet pepper, salt and pepper and cook it starting with the skin.
When the skin is well fried and crispy, fry the remaining sides of the salmon.
Try the onion stew and rectify the seasoning, serve the salmon on top of the onion with spaghetti, good appetite.
