    I can't surf - February 4

    Can someone tell me why when opening any application, Avast consumes 60-80% cpu?
    On the screen, the task manager and only the opera works in 4 windows. This is happening only today, yesterday everything was fine. For obvious reasons, I can’t surf, I’ve been looking for the reason for what is happening all day, but I still can’t find
