Writing (I'm a Freelance Content Creator) and Sales.

Although it's not an 'interest', I also work full time in an Emergency Hospital. I'm a photon slinger (x-ray/CT tech) - plus labs & special procedures.

Also, a sports fan, avid reader and a lover of history, art and animals.

Unlike most here, I have nothing to hide because I don't believe in hiding behind a screen. Speaking of which, I'm married to a Mexican woman and I'm a former commercial artist.

That's about it.

8 things NOT to do on a Traffic Exchange

(Disclaimer: I'm not God's Gift to Traffic Exchanges, nor have I ever owned/operated one. I've just got a ton of experience with advertising on them. Whatever I have to say is my own opinion, so take it or leave it.)

Here are the Top 8 things I see people doing wrong on TE's in 2023:

    1) Using a TE when there's nobody else there. When a TE isn't attracting a crowd, the clues are obvious. Being there because you like the 'games' or the cute cartoons (or whatever) is dumb.

    2) Asking people to watch a video. That TE surf timer is only seconds. They ain't gonna' watch your 'short 5 minute video'.

    3) Promoting EVERY.SINGLE.TE in existence. What's the point? What are you selling? If it's a lifestyle where you're after pennies in 'commissions', then go for it. Personally, I think it's pitiful. Hey... that's just my opinion.

    4) Putting up crap in a foreign language. ¿Entiendes esta basura?

    5) Page is blank, or takes so long to load that it might as well be.

    6) Page is meaningless. It's this all-over-the-place jumble of WTF bs that no one is going to sort through. These crypto currency pages are also largely worthless when it comes to delivering a short, succinct message. No one can understand (or care about) this crap.

    7) Any ad for merchandise. NO ONE on a TE is going to buy anything. Get that through your head.

    8) Last, but not least, is the overall worst thing you can consistently do in a TE - and that is run the company's generic sales page.

Forget about mindlessly advertising other TE's. That's it's own dystopia. I'm talking about a legitimate business that you could do for a living that you want to promote here.

Using their generic sales page won't work. You need to be different. You gotta' stand out in some way - i.e. a surfing INTERRUPTER. Normally, an 'interrupter' is something associated with electric circuits. In this case, it's kinda'/sorta' similar.

In the 'old days' (& still) a red STOP SIGN worked, or things like that. For example, sometimes, it was a picture of a cop with her/his hand being held up underneath a giant STOP(!) sign.

You need your OWN, unique splash page that links to the business opportunity that you want to share. Ideally, that splash page should be collecting an email address.

TO WRAP IT UP: Good luck with Hungry for Hits. This is a splendid TE. To get the most out of it, maybe consider one or more of my suggestions. They're meant to help, such as they are. If you like what I have to say, there will be more suggestions soon. ~Rusty
