Just wanted to thank everyone for not freaking out over my absence in the traffic exchanges. The last 10 months have been well (challenging).

First, we sold our 5 bedroom exec house, due to my husband being ill and needing to be closer to medical services. Fourteen days before the close of sale, we still had no place to live.
We ended up in a motel room and all of our stuff in storage. Then we thought we found a place, moved in and found that it was crawling in bugs (creepy). Then it became a legal war to get out of the lease...I'm sure some of you have been there, but we did win. Needless to say items like beds and couches had to be destroyed.

Now we are in a nice apartment with a beautiful view of Lake Superior.

My husband is still very ill, they have no idea what is wrong. They fixed a few problems with surgery, he died during the procedures, but was revived each time, 4 to be exact. He's home a few days each week but for the most part he is more comfortable in hospital.

We were told not to expect any miracles, although I think he has already surpassed that with 4 recoveries.

In any case, my stress levels are off the charts, so I am back to work, and back to my traffic exchange. I desperately need the distraction. I can't stop what will happen in the future, all I can do is prepare for it.

Christmas came and went on a really quiet note. I heard from all the kids and grand babies. Not so little anymore, one has gifted us a great grand baby boy, and he's a doll. It is hard to believe how fast the years have past. But enough blubbering, life is really grand, and I am getting lots accomplished.

I just got my Traffic Exchange up, and hosted via Todd Perry's Just1host.com. The Perry's are such nice people, I am glad to have an acquaintance. I still need to add a bunch of plugins, and some things take longer to do than I thought, or maybe it's because I am getting older and slowing down.

Surfing traffic exchanges everyday is only part of my daily life. When I am done surfing te's then you will find me writing for my blogs, knitting sweaters by hand and machine or just relaxing and painting abstracts.

In 2010 I started my first blog only to have it hacked hours after it went live, but I did not give up and today I work on five different niche blogs.
Time management is necessary to accomplish everything I do.

Upgrading in the things you love to do, will pay you back in mulitple ways, and you are worth every penny you spend.
Even if you fail the first, the second and even the third time you try something new, you have learned something very valuable and applicable to your next project.
In this manner, you will always be the winner.
