Terms of Service


Hungry for hits is a traffic exchange where members view each others websites in order to get traffic to their own sites. It is not a pyramid scheme, not a ponzi scheme, not a matrix program, not a "get rich quick" sort of site, and not a multi-level marketing program. There is no paid to click, paid to read, paid to promote or paid to surf in Hungry For Hits. All members get paid their earnings without having to upgrade. You will earn commissions from your referrals in one level.

-You may not promote Hungry For Hits in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Hungry For Hits in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your account and possible legal action.

-Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Hungry For Hits. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Hungry For Hits is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

-To receive a payment, the name you registered with at Hungry For Hits must match with your payment processor and it must be your real name. At any time if there is any suspicion that names don't match, we may ask for proof of ID to verify your legal identity for safety reasons.


URL rules

Before submitting a URL to Hungry For Hits, make sure your URL does not violate any of these rules. If the site you promote violates any of them, your site will be deleted. If the domain of a site you promote has expired, the site will be deleted. Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.




  • No sites with illegal activity.
  • No frame-breaking sites.
  • No, or other redirecting sites.
  • No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs".
  • No PTP sites.
  • No sites with pop-up or pop-under ads.
  • No pyramid or ponzi scheme sites
  • No "Get rich quick"-schemes.
  • No viruses, trojans, or spyware.
  • No adult content.
  • No gambling sites.


All sites submitted is checked. Hungry For Hits has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate, questionable or gets a lot of complaints from other members.


If a site is deleted for any of the above reasons, any credits you may have assigned to it will be returned to your account. If you have more sites than your member level allows you to have, the excess sites will be deleted if you don't do it and chose which to keep yourself. Sites in all languages are accepted.



-The use of programs or "bots" to automatically surf at Hungry For Hits without clicking, or using programs or several windows to surf faster than your timer allows are strictly prohibited, and any member who is found using such a program will be stripped of all earnings and/or suspended. This also applies to members who let someone else log into their account to surf. 

-Falling below 85% accurate clicks will auto-suspend your account. If this happens and you're a new member and just started surfing, just send a ticket and I will fix it, but members who have surfed a lot will be suspended if this happens.

-Surfing in a minimized window is not allowed and will cause a pop up at each click.



-All purchases are final. We offer digital products that are instantly added to your account, and purchases can not be refunded.

-Buying another type of upgrade before your current one runs out will not make you eligible to get your money for the first one back.

-Should you choose to delete your account while still having an active upgrade, you will not be able to get a refund for the money. It is impossible to delete accounts my mistake or by having your account hacked into (see the bottom of Account Settings in the navigation menu for information on how to delete your account) and deleted.

-Should you start a new account after deleting your old one that had an upgrade, you can not transfer the upgrade to the new account.

-It is your responsible to cancel any active upgrade subscriptions in your payment processor account if you chose not to continue your upgrade. Commissions are instantly transferred to your upline, so if you forget to cancel your subscription, you can no get the money back.

-Using e-checks and such which bounce will get you suspended.
