Solution

All site information about accounts, games, events and frequently asked questions is posted in the Knowledgebase, so you may find your answer directly instead of waiting for a ticket reply. Always search in the knowledgebase before sending a ticket.

Enter the word your question is about in the "Search help" field at the top of the
support desk and click the magnifying glass.

Please note that your question will not be read if you reply directly to
admin emails, as it is an unmonitored email account. Please send a support ticket through this help desk if you can't find the help you're looking for.
