I am Joey, saved by the Lord Jesus Christ from depression and intense suicidal tendencies. 

Suicide is a real issue. A person might be looking and acting normal today, smiling and laughing with you but on the inside is crying and saffering and probably dying and on the next day he or she committed suicide.  

 

Since 2010, I rarely went outside because of the intense temptation to commit suicide is everywhere like jumping from high places  or to be hit by fast moving cars. I don't want to die so for seven years from 2010-2017 I just stay most of the time in my room. 

 

Then in 2017, my mother who was my bestfriend suddenly died because of intestinal cancer and in 2018 my grandfather who cared for me since I was a child for I am the first grandchild of the family died because of stroke. 

 

My mother's final words for me, "Joey, believe in God."  And after her burial, I was attending a church near us out of respect for her last words but praise God that on October 21, 2108 I meet Jesus Christ in my life. After receiving him as my Lord, King and Savior, all that depressions and intense suicidal tendencies (those thinking and feelings to just die and everything is over) suddenly gone. I am now finally free and it's simple, free and easy; all I did was believed in Christ Jesus.

 

Now, I am back enjoying the life God has given me with a vision and a purpose.
