Today I found out what this Covid thing is. We are in ISO for 1 week as PCR test has shown we (Family) are positive. It is really a journey that I have known was to happen sooner or later. Headaches, lethargy, temperature above normal, and no contact with the outside physical world. So I guess that means uninterrupted inside activities for the time being.
For those who have had it, I now know how you may have felt, and for those who haven't, my advice is keep your energy and well being up with extra Vitamins and Minerals. Also make sure that you have Paracetamol to help with the all the extra pain that you may encounter. Then ..... life will move on!

All through our lives we have roads that we follow. Some are highways and freeways, single carriage ways and others are narrow winding tracks.
I don't know about you, but I seem to learn less on the highways.
It is those steep, winding, dark little tracks, the ones that have little trips and falls, that teach us the most.
All we need to do is keep our eyes and ears open, while encountering life, to help with maintaining our lifelong Journey.
