Red Fish with Onion in the Oven 😊🥰
Ingredients:
500g red fish fillets
50 mL of olive oil
3 onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 red pepper
1 c. of tomato paste soup
400g small potatoes for baking
Chopped parsley q.s.
Lemon juice
Salt q.s.
Pepper q.s.
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Season the fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Reserve.
Cut the onions into half-moons, chop the garlic and cut the pepper into strips.
In a frying pan, pour the oil and sauté the onion. Then add the garlic, pepper and tomato paste, continue sautéing for a few more minutes.
On an oven tray, place the fillets and potatoes. Place the onion on top and bake for around 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley and accompany with salad.
