Credits are gone

If you have been surfing but still don't have any unassigned credits in your account, it is because they have been automatically assigned to your websites. You can select a total value of between 0 and 100% of the credits you earn while surfing to be automatically assigned to your websites. You can also select a certain number of credits to be taken from your unassigned credit balance to be assigned to your website every hour. So if your credits are missing from your unassigned credit balance, any of those two options is the reason why.

For example, if you have 1 website and you have set the auto assign from surfing to be 50% for that website, half of the credits you earn from surfing will be automatically assigned as views to your website, and the other half of the credits will be stored in your account. If you have two websites and select 50% for each of them, all the credits you earn from surfing will be automatically and equally be assigned as views to your websites.

So if you are surfing and it appears like you aren't earning any credits because your unassigned credit balance doesn't go up, it is because you are automatically assigning them to your websites directly. Simply click the "% surfing" link next to your website/-s and change the value.

If you have it set up so that it takes a certain number of credits from your unassigned credit balance and assigns them to your website every hour, simply click the "per hour" link next to your website/-s and change the value.

If you have set credits from surfing to be automatically assigned, only the credits you earn direclty from viewing ads will be assigned. Any credits you earn from prize pages or other rewards will be stored in your account for you to manually assign.

There is no requirement to automatically assign credits in any way. It is an optional service we provide.
