45 degrees this morning at 6:00 AM Sunny. Had a cup of oatmeal, raisins and cinamon. And two eggs. salsa , and avocado on sourdough toast and a hot cup of coffee. Woo Hoo! Feeling good, walked 20 minutes on my treadmill and will be on the computer for 4 hours, then relax, listen to podcasts, watch movies & YouTube.
