    INGREDIENTS: (FOR 3/4 PEOPLE)

    chicken cut into pieces
    spaghetti q.b
    5 spoons olive oil
    2 cloves of garlic, chopped
    1 chopped onion
    1 bay leaf
    4 spoons tomato pulp
    3 tomatoes (I used canned)
    chopped parsley/coriander q.b
    water
    Salt q.s.
    Pepper q.s.

    PREPARATION:

    In a large pan, heat the olive oil, onion, garlic, bay leaf, coriander, tomato and tomato pulp, parsley, pepper and salt and the chicken.
    Stir and let it cook, let the chicken gain color, add the water and let it cook.
    After about 35 minutes, add the spaghetti. Using a fork, stir the spaghetti to prevent it from sticking, until the pasta becomes pliable and all inside the pan.
    Let it cook over medium heat for 10 minutes and stir occasionally so the dough doesn't stick to the bottom.
    When the pasta is cooked β€œal dente” it is ready to serve.
