65 degrees this morning at 6:00 AM Sunny. Had half a granny smith green apple along with a cup of hot coffee, next a cup of oatmeal with 1 chopped prune and cinamon. Then two eggs. onion, salsa , and avocado on sourdough toast. Woo Hoo! Feeling good, walked 20 minutes on my treadmill and will be on the computer for 4 hours, then relax, listen to podcasts, watch movies & YouTube.
