When someone signs up to join Hungry For Hits, it says the referrers name on the signup page. However, that is easy to forget, especially if you're not in any contact with them. If you want to check who your upline is, the person who referred you to Hungry For Hits, you can find that information on the Account stats page under the Account menu (but also under Home - Statistics). On top of the page there is a little summary about your personal details, and also information about who your upline is.

In general, it's not possible to change your upline once you have signed up. However, we can make exceptions if you signed up without an upline, or if your upline deleted their account. Changing upline will only work if the person you want to be transferred to as their referral joined before you, and therefor has a lower referral ID than you do.

A referral can never join before their upline, and this also goes for changing upline. Several downline functions, such as the downline builder, would not work for you or for your upline if I would transfer you to be the referral of someone who joined after yourself.

If these criteria are met, contact support and let us know who you want to be transferred to, and we will arrange it. Keep in mind that we will never transfer you to another upline if your current upline is active. It would not be fair to people who promoted Hungry For Hits and got referrals, to have them taken away.
