Spaghetti with Chicken Steaks in Tomato and Mushrooms 🍝🍝🍝😊😊
ingredients:
1/2 kg of chicken steaks
1 large onion
2 garlic cloves
Olive oil q.s.
4 ripe tomatoes
1/2 red pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika
2 bay leaves
fresh basil leaves to taste
fresh sliced mushrooms
1 chilli
Salt q.s.
White wine q.s.
cooked spaghetti q.b. poultry
Preparation:
In a pan, add a generous amount of olive oil, add the chopped onion and garlic and the bay leaf. Let it brown a little. Add the chilli, the peeled and chopped tomatoes, the pepper strips and the paprika. Add the white wine, the steaks cut into small pieces and season with salt.
Let it cook slowly.
Just before finishing cooking, add the sliced mushrooms and let it cook.
Serve with spaghetti, sprinkled with chopped basil. -
