    I'm Over It

I'm officially DONE with Team Builds. They don't work anymore because there's too many of them. I mean, I guess I 'could' still do it with anyone who's interested... but... there's not much appeal.

    That ship has sailed. Whatever.

Anyway, I've started my own marketing blog and I'm interesting in guest-posting and exchanging guest posts. I'm thinking around 1,000 words (with a byline & back-link, of course).

If you're a blogger and this interests you, reach out.

My new blog can be found here: www.onlinemlm.org

  • This is super important to talk about, because listen…

I used to be one of these people.

Selling made me uncomfortable. It made me feel sleazy - ESPECIALLY if I was selling MLM.

Every time I tried it, I also bombed completely. So not only did I feel sleazy, but I got nothing out of it! It was miserable.

    But eventually, I learned something:

When it comes to sales, all of us have a little bit of PTSD from being exposed to BAD SALESPEOPLE.

    Spammers, manipulators, liars and cheats.

If sales makes you uncomfortable, it’s because you don’t want to be like that.

And that’s a good thing! We don’t need more of those people!

What we need is marketers who give prospects exactly the information they need to make a good decision.

That’s what real Network Marketing is. It’s the skill of helping people make informed decisions.

If you do it right, people actually thank you.

And that’s the type of marketer The LAST Team wants to help you become.

If you’re ready, click here to get started for $20.

Seriously. What else were you gonna do with 20 bucks this month? Go to McDonalds... maybe once?

    Message in a bottle

To anyone who finds this, I'm trapped on a desert island and you're my only hope. Also, this was the last bottle of rum.

To find me, try mapping the ocean currents or at least dust this for fingerprints.

Anyway, before I got shipwrecked, I was working on this new MLM Downline-Builder concept. Now that I've got all the time in the world, I've finally finished it!

    https://lllpg.com/hy3jdjws/

It's a NEW concept that I don't think has ever been done before. What's great about it is that it's a team within a team - kind of like a turducken. Don't know what a turducken is? Look it up. When you're trapped on a desert island just about all you do is think about food. Well, except for me. Ever since I came up with this concept, I can't think about anything else!

You know, you're lucky. When you find me, you can be the first to join my brand new rotator in a 3X12 forced matrix. That will put you in a VERY sweet spot for referrals and spill-over!

    Patiently awaiting my rescue,

    ~Rusty

    p.s. bring some more rum!

  • If you've read down far enough in my blog posts (so far), you'll have some clues as to what this is going to involve.

HINT: It's going to be a brand NEW Team concept.

In fact, it's going to be a team within a team - a wheel within a wheel. Sound confusing? Maybe it does, but I can promise you that no one has ever done this before.

Is there money to be made? Yeah... a LOT.

I think it's going to blow everything else away completely and take over the TE's. I've done this before, so I know how to do it. It's going to be overwhelming.

At the time of this writing, I'm probably 2-4 weeks away from having the systems complete. If you have any interest at all in something that's going to LOL/WTF the TE community, then message me... and maybe get in first (before anyone else).

Imagine being in a 3x12 forced matrix, being tucked right up underneath ME.

Think about it... but think fast.

Things advertised on TE's to AVOID

(Disclaimer: This is just my opinion, based on TONS of wasted time and money. Take it or leave it.)

    1) Anyone advertising 18+ different TE's, Biz Opps or whatever. If they're doing that, then they're not serious about any of them. They're just shot-gunning it out there in the hopes that someone bites on something. IMHO, that person is not going to be a good upline sponsor. You'll have more success & 'fun' playing games at a carnival.

    2) Safelists: I know I'll get hate here - BUT - believe me. I've done my time in the safelist trenches. They're just email traffic exchanges with a MILLION TIMES more work.

They generally don't function as advertised for the same reasons that TE's don't generally work (well, 'mostly').

Obviously, I think that TE's CAN help you if you use them the right way. Otherwise, I wouldn't be here.

    3) Any kind of software product: I don't care what it is, they just want your monthly subscription and/or your downline placement. 99.999% of the time, this 'great' software either won't work or it will mess up your computer or device.

Maybe it's just me, but I've never seen one that: A) worked B) wasn't a scam

    4) Pre-Launch: Avoid these like the plague. I know, I know, I'll get flamed with hate for this but I've been through it before.

With a 'pre-launch', one of two(2) predictable things will happen: 1) It never launches. 2) It 'launches', but with updated terms and conditions - i.e. a LOT more money from you to 'maintain your position'... or whatever.

SUMMARY: Don't believe me? In that case, you'll just have to find out for yourself. That's how we learn.

8 things NOT to do on a Traffic Exchange

(Disclaimer: I'm not God's Gift to Traffic Exchanges, nor have I ever owned/operated one. I've just got a ton of experience with advertising on them. Whatever I have to say is my own opinion, so take it or leave it.)

Here are the Top 8 things I see people doing wrong on TE's in 2023:

    1) Using a TE when there's nobody else there. When a TE isn't attracting a crowd, the clues are obvious. Being there because you like the 'games' or the cute cartoons (or whatever) is dumb.

    2) Asking people to watch a video. That TE surf timer is only seconds. They ain't gonna' watch your 'short 5 minute video'.

    3) Promoting EVERY.SINGLE.TE in existence. What's the point? What are you selling? If it's a lifestyle where you're after pennies in 'commissions', then go for it. Personally, I think it's pitiful. Hey... that's just my opinion.

    4) Putting up crap in a foreign language. ¿Entiendes esta basura?

    5) Page is blank, or takes so long to load that it might as well be.

    6) Page is meaningless. It's this all-over-the-place jumble of WTF bs that no one is going to sort through. These crypto currency pages are also largely worthless when it comes to delivering a short, succinct message. No one can understand (or care about) this crap.

    7) Any ad for merchandise. NO ONE on a TE is going to buy anything. Get that through your head.

    8) Last, but not least, is the overall worst thing you can consistently do in a TE - and that is run the company's generic sales page.

Forget about mindlessly advertising other TE's. That's it's own dystopia. I'm talking about a legitimate business that you could do for a living that you want to promote here.

Using their generic sales page won't work. You need to be different. You gotta' stand out in some way - i.e. a surfing INTERRUPTER. Normally, an 'interrupter' is something associated with electric circuits. In this case, it's kinda'/sorta' similar.

In the 'old days' (& still) a red STOP SIGN worked, or things like that. For example, sometimes, it was a picture of a cop with her/his hand being held up underneath a giant STOP(!) sign.

You need your OWN, unique splash page that links to the business opportunity that you want to share. Ideally, that splash page should be collecting an email address.

TO WRAP IT UP: Good luck with Hungry for Hits. This is a splendid TE. To get the most out of it, maybe consider one or more of my suggestions. They're meant to help, such as they are. If you like what I have to say, there will be more suggestions soon. ~Rusty

    It's hard with TE's

Traffic Exchanges used to be a big deal around 15 years ago. There were SO many more people involved back then. It was a different time.

It's still the same concept, though the 'big names' are mostly gone. The reason (of course) is because social media, YouTube, etc. have taken over.

The Sad Truth: Traffic Exchanges are old news. Really old.

With a TE you've got mere seconds and no way to explain what you're advertising. Think of it like a billboard on the freeway.

It doesn't help that everyone is advertising the same thing to each other either - i.e. 'more traffic' and 'clicking for pennies'. Not only that, but 99% of the users are either clicking so fast that they don't pay attention, or they're not really even there at all.

    STILL... there is that 3%.

Sometimes I feel sorry for that small group. Why? Because I was one of them once. I fell for every blinking-light/flashing-image scam you'll see here in the blizzard of BS that pollute TE's. I actually believed these people and lost a sh*t ton of time and money - and I don't know which one's worse.

Nonetheless, I somehow made it work - and I think that you still can. I wouldn't be here if I didn't. The key is understanding who's on the other side of the screen.

    It's fundamental.

Sad to say, but here's another ugly truth: you'd probably be shocked (or maybe not) by what the average TE user actually looks like. I'm talking penniless kids, broke losers, trailer parks, ghetto apartments, nursing homes and dimly lit warehouses in Pakistan (full of slave labor).

    Well... I'm only half joking.

Only 3% of your audience here (if that) has any money. Everyone one else will only join your program if it's free, they don't have to do anything or have to use their brains.

Like I said, though... you CAN still have success if you are consistent, persistent and stand out from the crowd.

TE's are incredibly sloooooooooow... but they're not entirely dead yet.

Good luck with this one (Klara is doing a fantastic job, btw), and I'll have some more to say about my TE experience soon.

(Disclaimer: I'm not trying to run down TE's or those who use them. I'm here, after all. I just learned a few things years ago that still apply today - and maybe some of that can help you.)

What I'm up to lately (& why I'm here)

I've been doing Internet Marketing (in various forms) since there was such a thing. I've been in an out of MLM for even longer.

Remember 'Team Oceanswell' for Trafficwave? That was me. It was years ago and I've been away for a while. At the time, though, Traffic Exchanges were very effective for me.

Anyway, my Trafficwave sponsor from back then is a good guy and he got back in touch with me very recently. He's a true marketing veteran (the real thing) and he's turned me on to something. It's brand new, and I personally found it to be very impressive.

That would be the new business I'm involved in now. It's a team concept and it's just getting started. For me at least, that's exciting.

It's been a long, long time since I've logged into a Traffic Exchange, but I do like this one. I've checked around and some of the familiar faces and 'big names' appear to be gone. That's OK, though.

If anyone's interested, the project I'm so pumped about is here:

    https://lllpg.com/hy3jdjws/

It's incredibly powerful - the whole thing. I wouldn't be involved or promote it if I wasn't a believer.

Did I mention it's new (LOL)?

Most importantly: to everyone out there, good luck with everything you're doing. I wish you all the best.

    This isn't always easy.

    ~Rusty
