Oven Roasted Chicken Legs 😊😊
Ingredients:
6 chicken legs
1 red pepper
4 large potatoes
4 cloves of garlic
1 onion
Olive oil q.s.
Freshly ground pepper as required
1/2 beer
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 dessert spoon of mustard
Salt q.s.
Rosemary q.s.
Preparation:
Season the chicken legs with mustard, chopped garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Let it taste for at least an hour.
In a roasting pan, place the onion cut into thin slices on the bottom, drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil and place the chicken legs on top. Add the red pepper cut into strips and the potatoes cut into cubes. Drizzle with beer and add some rosemary leaves.
Place in the oven to bake.
