As I think about what it was like growing up…I can't help but think about my daughter.  

Watching her take the first steps and plopping down on the floor bracing herself with her hands to get up and trying it again. 

As she became sure footed, a little trot… "Come to Daddy Pooks" That's what I called her and she felt special. 

Then I noticed she began to run. You know how those little baby feet just pap, pap, pap in the ground with the big smile on her face coming to me.  

She couldn't imagine what was happening to her. It was natural, no thought, no weighing the risk, pure delight...

And now she is about to graduate high school. I can only hope and imagine how she will get through the next phase…The future is bright.

One of the biggest hurdles I have for working a full time job and part time online is time management. It is a challenge to set time aside to promote my business online. Here a a few tips you may want to incorporate in your b efforts. Not in a particular order but doable tasks.

1) Use your smartphone: Set up emails to do your clicks on your phone. You can do this anywhere you have a connection to the internet. Such a time saver.
2) Set up auto assign on your traffic exchanges. Clicks are automatically assigned and you don't need to be in front of your computer. (use your smartphone)
3) Schedule specific time during the day to work online for at least 1 - 2 hours everyday. Your business is not a traditional job but you should treat it like one.
4) Join a FB group for tricks, tips and suggestions. Stay connected. See what others are doing. You can learn something.
5) Most people rather not do this but read books about success and failures in the industry or from people in life that you admire. No one starts their journey to the top at the top.
6) Be patient with yourself. Success takes time to develop. You have to do the work.
7) Do not set up unrealistic expectations for yourself because someone else is making it happen. Be truthful if you don't put in the efforts there is no way possible for you to achieve the success your are looking for.

Did you hear that, because the US President Trump cannot get the Democrats to agree to support the building of a wall on the Mexican border, 800,000 US government workers will not be paid tomorrow. I don't understand the logic in this. He is putting the building of the wall on the Mexican border in the same breath as 800,000 US government workers? And I bet a good number of those workers voted for him and agree to building a wall. But I bet you they don't agree with him that they should not get paid tomorrow and are wondering how they are going to take care of their families. Hey I'm not big on politics but I am big on making sense and this doesn't make sense! What are your thoughts?
