Here is an American Recipe for you to try 😍
🇺🇸 Lobster Roll:
A classic street food of the rocky Maine coast; cold lobster meat stuffed into hot, buttery buns. Lobster rolls are even served in McDonald's in some parts of the Northeast USA.
Ready in: 15 Minutes
Servings: 4:
Ingredients:
400 Grams Cooked Lobster Meat cut in dice sized cubes
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
½ Deciliters finely chopped Celery
1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
A pinch of Cayenne Pepper
4 top Split Buns
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
2 Deciliters Shredded Lettuce
1. In a large bowl, mix the lobster meat with the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper. Fold in the diced celery, lemon juice and cayenne pepper until well blended.
2. Heat a large skillet. Brush the sides of the buns with the melted butter and toast over moderate heat until golden brown on both sides.
3. Transfer the buns to plates, fill them with the shredded lettuce and the lobster salad and serve immediately.
